I want to conceive. My dr said that my insulin level is high thats why i could not conceive. My insulin is 16.4 .its a random result. She suggested meteor to cure insulin. Plz tell me what should i do ?

U should control ur diet, do exercise thrice a week atleast and there are some medications given to control blood sugars and increase the chances to concieve
