Talk to Pediatrician on 43 Days Old Girl, White Tongue And It's Spread To The Lips Too

my 43 days old baby girl had white tongue since last few days. I thought it is milk residue but it has spread now to the lips and underneath the tongue too. Picture is attached for reference kindly suggest what I should do.
