Hi Dr. I am here to ask that my spinal cord is hurting since childhood because of an accident but now it is hurting so much every time i am having 4 children through normal and because of spine pain it than came to my leg and it also start hurting i have started physio and treatment but than i stop it now what should i do and any medication for relief of pain. The Dr said that if necessary u should go with spinal surgery but i don't wanna go with it so is their any other way except surgery. And the reports are attached above. Thank you
Mri report is enough to evaluate your situation a better option is visit a good chiropractor take his opinion because your mri shows circumferential disc bulges
Get yourself checked by orthopedic Surgeon or Neurosurgeon. After physical examination, Dr would be able to prescribe you medicines.

Assalam o Alaikum , very sorry to read that you are having difficult time because of your back pain. Back pain is one of the commenest problems which does affect most of us at sometime in our life. If back pain is persistent for long time and causing neurological symptoms then it should be taken seriously. In your case, MRI shows disc at two levels, you should try medication and physio first followed by injection in back.
