1 year back in june2020 I got married at that time I was 70kg with5.4 height.My first period after marriage was 17 days late then next was 5 days and then 10days late then after wards my 2 periods were 2 months late. After wards my few more periods were dealyed on average of 10_15 days.After 6months of my marriage I got 80kg weight.This year in March I got my first regular healthy periods after marriage(8months after marriage).After that I got almost regular periods but bleeding appear scanty just while passing urine for 1st four days after passing 4 days normal bleeding start regularly for more 5 days.From march onwards now I m facing this change. From 1 month I changed my food intake also although there was no junk food in my routine before.In break fast I take barley porridge with one boiled egg....in day I take fruits or vegetables with yogurt and in dinner 1chapati with salan (excluding sugar,snakes and juck food )with this routine I lost 3 kg in almost first 3 weeks now I m 7

thts good tht u hv focussed on ur diet...but better do one pelvic scan full bladder to rule out the reason fr ur in consistent cycles...1 year has passed snd u hvnt concieved yet...no worries but it cud b alarming sumtimes...along wth ur husband visit a pre pregnancy clinic fr proper evaluation...
Do hormonal profile,FSH,LH,TSH and Serum prolactin on 2nd day of menstrual cycle .,pelvic ultrasound and continue to take balanced diet and 30 minutes exercise every day and consult Gynecologist.
