yes there is definitely a treatment but you have to further investigate a bit
do following test:
fasting lipid profile
LFTs
Anti HCV and HBsAg screening
fibroscan of liver
All of these are to complete your diagnosis
coming to treatment start taking following medicines...all for 1 month
syp Hepacell plus 1 tbs three times a day
cap evion 400mg twice a day
cap cecon once a day
All these are must to take
restrict fatty food in your diet

Yes 400 avian... Bd and cecon once daily pharmacy gave me hepa merz syrup... He said hepacell plus not available plz guide... I srated low fat low carbohydrates diet but due long covid and fatugue i cant move much physically.... Thanks

Ok dr sahiba from tomorrow i ll start.... Long covid is so musteries v few dr can understand..... It gives lightheadenes.. Fatty liver... Uric acid... Etc any how i m still figting... So thanks for ur help Allah ap ko happy rakhay ameen

no nothing serious but your disease must not progress further.its good that all results are normal.yes NASH is detected in ultraouns and extent of NASH Is detected by fibroscan.within 2 months your ultrasound will come clear insha Allah

take medicine for 1 month then do fibroscan...take medicine for another month then do ultrasound..but no dose should be skipped.you have to take medicines daily
