Me 7 month pregnant hon.. or yeh juice le rhi hon.. es ka koi side effects tu nahi agar me leti rhon.. plz Dr suggestion needed only.

take ispaghol husk daily at night for constipation
Better make fresh juice at home.and use fresh vegetable and fruits and plenty of water for relief of constipation.Regular use of Nestle juice is not healthy
keep well hydrated and keep your self active, also use fresh fruits and salads ,fibre will help you relieve constipation
