Do you take a lot of stress,?
Do not eat spicy,masala wala food,.
Avoid fried food like fries,burgers samosa paratha,cold drinks,beef,bakery stuff.
Switch to Rice khichri banana yogurt.
You may need an abdominal ultrasound for Gall bladder if your problem is old since months.Also get urine analysis done.
Just change diet and see how you fare.
Add excercise.
