mere 3 months k baby ko bukhar ho raha hai parso se 99 tk. sath dry cough aur flu hai. mei ne kal se coferb 6 drops 3 times shuru kia hai aur bukhar honay pr panadol de deti hun. bnd naak k liye saline drops de rae hun. is this ok???
