Talk to Gynecologist on Second Dose On 23rd August / Pregnancy Due Date 27th August

I am pregnant and my due date is 27th August. I received message from nadra that I should get the second dose of sinovac on 23rd August. I received the first dose of sinovac on 26th of July by my gynaecologist recommendation. Is it safe for me to get the second dose now or should I get it after the delivery?

I got the first shot from aga khan hospital's covid centre. They gave me the date 7th September for the second shot. Now when I called them about Nadra's text message to get the second shot on 23rd August, they declined while saying I should get it on 7th September like it was scheduled.
