Donot get panic with this situation
take panadol tab 2 tab thrice a day
use multivitamin surbex z one tab daily
use qalsan D tab 1 daily
ask him to not do excessive work or exercise for some days
give healthy diet
these symptoms of fever and body pains are quite common and can be a physiologic response to vaccine
if he continues to suffer or if he develops other symptoms like cough, shortness of breath visit medical ER.

Fikr ki zroorat ni hai bilkul bhi. Panadol jaari rakhain 2tabs subha, dophr, Shaam. Zroorat ho tau din me 4 baar krdain lekin sifr kuch dino k liye.
