Talk to Pediatrician on High Calcium Level

person-avatar

Asking for Father, Male, 2 years old, Lahore

AoA, My son is 21 months old, 10.5 kg and he has low muscles tone. From past 6 months we are giving him 5ml Calpro D syrup daily as per doctor instruction.

We did a calcium test last day and calcium level is quite high i.e 13.1 mg/dl. I am worried about this, can please someone help me how to bring this level down and what precautions I should follow?

Thank you!

Thank you very much doctor for your kind response.

we also got the vitamin test, which is below the low level as you can see in attachment in my comments above.

Doctor prescribed indrop d1 a month for 2 months.

is it enough or should we give him vitamin drops on daily basis?

Thank you!
