Talk to Gynecologist on Lumps In Vagina Entrance
Asking For Self, Female, 29 Years old, lahore
Aoa dr I am unmarried female , few months ago I felt chronic sharp pain in navel area which radiant to vagina and rectum painful urination that time it was heal after few days , till thn navel pain comes and goes , now Navel , rectum and vagina ache continuously also now also notice lumps vagina entrance for few days, I done pelvis ultrasound which showed (1) endometrium 9mm 3 lines thick, (2) free fluid in culdesac (3) and pelvis inflammation , I also has dermoid on left ovary since 3 years size 3.8 X3.7 cm , dr is that infection due to dermoid cyst? Or what the reason in unmarried females ? I saw this symptoms also in vaginal cancer I am really worried Plz guide me JazakAllah
For Pelvic pain get urine culture and sensitivity and pelvic scan. Swelling near vaginal opening may be bartholin abscess , get it examined it may have to drain
dont worry it may be due to pelvic infection...u get dr apointment for proper treatment
