My son is having acne rashes on back since few days kya yeh garmi dany hen? Any medicine ?? Please guide me.

dear concerned mother its probably a insect bite just apply fuscidin H cream.on lesion and if it makes him itchy give him antiallergy syrup like rigix or softin.
If these are associated with heat and warm environment, and they are itchy then yes it can be seasonal. Use prickly heat powder for this and keep child in cold environment, give cold drinks, daily bath and if still feel that there is no change in rash, then contact Paediatrician for further evaluation and treatment.
