Mark On Nail Of Daughter And Height Issue

assalam u alaykum.

my daughter dob 8 february 2008 has a mark on her nail.shes too worried about cause of the mark inside nail.

secondly she is worried about her height.

i am around 5 feet 8 and her mother is around 5 feet 3.she wants to grow taller.can she use any tonics or any special exercises to grow taller.

ws. if her growth normal ...like 5'8 is good height then she shldnt be worried. as far as Mark is concerned when did she develop it. u can check on her Iron deficiency and if its not a pb then this mark is of no significance .
