Talk to General Physician on Belly Button Infection Puss And Bleeding

i have a belly button infection from last 3 months puss and bleeding take all antibiotic and see dermatologist and after that surgeon he clean belly with paodine with stick found some hairs and particles from inner side of belly surgeon said clean daily for 2 week with paodine and stick if not clean then we will do surgery. please suggest any treatment without surgery. puss and minor bleeding is continous.
