I have this skin rashes on hand from last few days .There are 2 3 lessons on hand,i am feeling irritation .Any recommendation on what to use?

W.Salam Mam The lessons is lighten up and i am not having any irritation now .There are 2 3 lesions vary in size on my hand only .In light i can clearly see small bump and colour change . I am healthy with no medical history. Do i need an ointment or medication for it?

it seems that its urticaria which is triggered by multiple factors and which can be evaluate after detail history ,so avoid the triggering factor and treatment will be suggested after confirmation , kindly its better to book online video or audio consultation via marham so that i fully guide you or visit nearby dermatologist thanks
