Talk to Pediatrician on Vomit 5 Days After Fall From Bed

6 months baby fell from bed 5 days ago, face down, had redness on left side of forehead, cried for few minutes only, no unconsciousness, no vomiting or apparent bleeding. Baby was active and playing as usual. Still got checked in emergency after 3 hours, redness on forehead subsided, doctor said he looks fine. After 4 days, he had projectile vomit once only, immediately after feed. On 5th day i.e. today again he had same type of vomit immediately after feed. (Baby current weight is good acc to doctor, doesnt take much solids, amonst allergens only intoduced whole wheat bread 3 days ago) He had his BCG and 6 months vaccination 2 days ago. Please advise if these sudden vomits have any connection with his falling from bed?
