Talk to General Physician on Forehead Osteoma Or Lipoma

Hello,

My friend has a osteoma/lipoma on her right brow bone. It’s like a bump on the right eyebrow. She says it has shown a bit growth in last few years and it doesn’t hurt at all.

Which doctor should she visit to show this problem? How much the surgery cost?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
