it seems like viral infection ( herpes)
u better apply acylex cream on wound plus polyfax. follow after 3 days.
The condition is an infection caused by germs. Although Polyfax may help but best would be to to use a fusidic acid containing cream for 7 days. If the infection becomes widespread an antibiotic may also need to be taken by mouth.
