There is some stomach problem Give her Dommel syp 1/2tsf two times daily and if temp persist then some antibiotics
Important is according to age what u r giving her..
1. Which milk breast or formula milk?
2. Have u started weaning diet means soft diet?
3. Any junk food like lays kurkuray and slanty?
.....
If countine similar Syp Dimep 1/2 TSF 3 times a day..
And consult regarding diet

abhi to breast milk py thi last 2 months we complete fresh milk py hai .... no formula milk. no junk food. solid food proper khati hai 2 times roti salan. 1 time oats. one time suji. morning m half boil egg

After 6 months soft diet shuru kara deni chai bachoon koo..
Now start..
1 egg morning and evening.
Meat, Qeema, fruits and vegetables.
Breatfeed only 4 times a day and complete focus on diet
