My three years old daughter is anemic patient.6 months ago Hb was 7.3 but recent is 8.5 after using bonnisin syrup and arone chel chelated iron syrup. kindly advice further as per recent blood report attached.
It should be correlated with her symptoms for that I have to perform clinical examination. This hb is still v low for her n needs further work up. Can u bring her to me in person?

Still your daughter is grossly anaemic, I would sincerely advise you to start giving her well balanced nutritious diet rich in natural iron as e.g., spinach, beet root, goat's liver once a week, apple, pomegranate, crushed almonds with milk etc.
As far as the medication is concerned, well it can always be suggested on complete physical examination.
