Talk to Gynecologist on Solid White Phlegm Issue

The above sited problem is the caused, don't know what the reason of white thick phlegm coming from throat. Last year she had been checked out from the Doc and he prescribed few tablets like ..(KETO TOFIN - AZOMAX _FLOAID) The issue was solved out .. but now a days the problem is created again .. The suggested medicin can't avail in pharmacy.. please tell me what is this? And any tablet to cure it.. Remember no flue and no cough only the issue of white thick flegm..
