Talk to Urologist on Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)

AoA. I am 32 years old and my wife is 29 years old. We have two children; daughter 4 years 4 months and son 2 years 8 months. Now we are trying to conceive for 3rd baby since last two months but did not get the desired results. My wife also took Clomitab 50mg (10 tablets) in her last month period. Now today 11th May, her betaHCG test is again negative (due date of her periods is 11-14 May). We have done some tests like sperm test for me and TSH, Prolactin test and TVS scan for her on 6th May. Reports are attached. Today (11th May) we again visited doctor (prescription attached), as it is clear that my wife is not pregnant and apparently all reports are also fine so her doctor suggested us to go for Intrauterine insemination (IUI). Now my question is that as per attached reports, should we go for IUI or wait for some months to conceive in natural way. Kindly also tell me risks involved in this procedure.
