Talk to Urologist on Ejaculation In Sleep (wet Dreams)

Hi, I have wet dreams very often. Like once in a week. But today its been 3rd consecutive day that I ejaculated in my sleep. I was already disturbed by the average but now its getting unbearable. I offer my prayers regularly and I do not want to be mentally disturbed, have Ghusal everyday and change my clothes. Please let me know the solutions for this. HISTORY: (1) I used to masturbate (not quite often) but it was more than an year ago. I have repented now. I have noticed that wet dreams average increased when I repented. (2) I have a fiancée whom I talk to every night/day and I usually get aroused during that because I love her. (3) I don’t sleep much these days during Ramadan (4-6 hours).
