Talk to Urologist on High Blood Pressure With Veins Pain

I want to know about my mother, she is a high bp patient since 5-6 years, she takes tinormin 10 mg tablet daily, she usually complain about having pain in leg veins sometimes feel lump too. once she concerned doctor so she told her that this is because of high bp that's all. is that only because of it ?? in previous year she had spinal cord tumor surgery in 2014 , and in 2017 kidney stone removal. I just want to know the reason of pain in veins
