MY periods are short now, Abi 3 months se mere periods short hai,Today is my first day of period and a little brown discharge howa bcz mere periods kam hai(after than pr tori dr bd red red with white discharge ta bht kam jo pin lg raha tha) and than 1,2 din me heavy bleeding hogi pr 3rd day mere finish,,or agar hongy to 7 day ko heavy bleeding one hour hojati hai and than my periods finish ,,,ye kya masla hai,,any one know about this problem.
Agar 2 din bhi sahi flow hai that is enough...reduce ur weight... And do regular walk.

Every person has different menstrual cycle but if its regular with duration of bleeding days from 1 to 7 and bleeding free interval of 21 to 28 days then it's normal. I also is having normal periods.
