Is she having this problem since early childhood or is it something of recent onset? If it is something new we need to run a few tests on her. She requires Urine Routine Examination and Urine for Culture and Sensitivity. Besides we need to have her Blood Glucose Level, Plasma Osmolality, Blood Urea Nitrogen and Creatinine along with Sodium and Potassium Levels and Antidiuretic Hormone Level taken. She may also need an Ultrasound Kidneys-Ureters-Bladder done.

This issue is about from last 2 years. But now the frequency is increased.
With the Consultation of a child specialist we were using Tablet Tofranil in last winter.
with this Tablet Bedwetting problem initially was solved but again it started.
now we aren't using any kind of medication for this

In case the bed wetting is not recent we need to find out whether the child has day time bladder control or otherwise, whether she has constipation or not. Does she have excessive thirst or otherwise consumes excessive fluids? Are there symptoms like urgency to go to toilet for voiding or burning/discomfort in passing urine.? If she does not have day time bladder control besides bed wetting, we need along with answers to above questions, at least a first morning urine sample Urinalysis and an Ultrasound Kidney-Ureter-Bladder.
