Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy And Weight Gain..

My problem is.in my first pregnancy i gain 17kg..and was has gestational diabetes diagnosed at 8th month . But manageable without medicine. In 2nd pregnancy again i gain w8 of 18 kg..specially my w8 gain in 3rd trimester..8th month of pregnancy..even 4kg in a week.and not have Gastational diabetes..but mild BP high this time 130 90.i don't know the reason.now its start of my 3rd pregnancy. I want the precautions related to diet...and anything regarding these issue
