Talk to General Surgeon on Head/skull Accidents, Spinal Cord Structure Issue, Mexillofacial Surgery (steel Erected On 3 Fractures)

My problems are since long and i am in 24 hours pains now my problems are increasing. Due to accident got mexillofacial surgery about 5 to 6 years ago but before that got hits on head with crushing strength and because of these hits also my spine cord also got destroyed i don't know how i survived and still surviving but my first and foremost need is to get removed that steel because it is giving me pain but also increase in neurological problem like head grinding, nausea, heart palpitations feeling darkness in eyes time to time, feelings of i will fall anytime and movement problems and less control over arm movements is giving me life threats please tell me where should I go first i mean neurologist or mexillofacial surgeon or spinal cord surgeon please guide as soon as possible
