hello doctors, meral 4.5 din pbele c section hua hai, my problem is that muje bht zda milk nhi arha or baby atni zor se suck krta hai k bht pain hota hai , isi waja se minor bleeding b hui r pain b bht ho rta h breastfeeding krte hue r injured b ho jata h nipple .. please recommend some good thing. thanks
massage your breast dear....nipple ke taraf.....drink plenty of fluids before breastfeeding......dnt worry gradually it will increase...c section mein thora timd lagta hai...gradually you will get used to baby suckling...apply lanolin nipple crean after breastfeeding

start tab digesteine tds for 5 days if breast is not engorged and problem in milk production,,
U hav cracked nipples which can be due to ur wrong posture when u feed ur baby.
U need to consult a doctor who will explain you and teach you how you feed ur baby.
Right now apply ur own milk on your nipples after u breastfeed ur baby.
Or u can apply mammol cream on ur nipples in between the feeding and wash it with warm water before u start breast feeding.
Take pain killer eg panadol.
And if ur breast are hard or tender visit doctor immediately.
For increase in breast milk take hi Lacta capsule for 5 days
Baby position is important during lactation.
