Urgent ECG and cardiac markers just to be on safe side.. if ECG is normal and cardiac markers are in normal limits than u should consult physician for anxiety.. don’t self medicate please

then no need to worry. it would bhi muscular pain. avoid smoking do light exercise daily . u can take pain killer dicloran 50 mg if needed
