Aoa, i just wanna ask that i have done my whole abdomen n pelvis ultrasound and tvs today from radiologist and found 3 cysts in my both ovaries. I'm attaching my reports with it, i want to know is there need any operate to deal with it or it will be fine with doctor's recommended medicine.
