my 2 years old daughter is unable to speak. she can hear and understand everthing but unable to speak. general doctor says that she will able to speak very late.

kindly decrease screen time and start her speech through different animals and vowel sounds first.
I just saw your message. According to your history, your daughter is a case of Delayed speech according to my experience. She should speak at least 2-3 words sentence in this age group.
So I will count her delayed speech. You may consult me at my Clinic in Defence Phase 2.
For the assessment, we have home visits facility also.
