There is no relation between sex and excersize both are same in a meaning of physical activity . It is better to do exercise after 2-3 hours of sexual activity .
It's subjective experience of someone which differ in population. Post activity relaxing period depends how strenuous you would be and carry on your activities as you feel normal.
