Hello I am having extreme lower back pain,joints pain specially knees joints and weakness and tiredness after discharge. Also i am facing issue of premature ejection.kindly help me out.

Lower backache can be due to many causes.Strech in muscle or vetebreal column.It can be due to prostatis.Jpint pain.may be uric acid or vit D issue.Fatigue after discharge is sign of depression and general weaknesd of body.We have to consider everything before starting any treatment .
