Dr. Sb i have problem of not getting proper hardness and premature ejaculation. During sex hardness come after very struggle but vanishes away instantly without even ejaculating, and its very dfclt to regain hardness.
In ordinary course while going to sleep at night or while thinking stuff it gets hard but during sex it does not cooperate at all.

If you are getting hardness means there is no physiological problem. It's purely situational , try sildenafil at very low dose and exercise in gym.
