Talk to Rheumatologist on Need A Better Doctor

I had my mother consulted through one of the Doctors in Agha Khan, was diagnosed with arthritis. given meds for a lifetime, some were monthly and some were to be taken daily. She still had issues while taking the meds so I consulted the doc again and he changed to new meds. Now what I simply want is a better doctor who can remove the disease once and for all as taking meds for a lifetime is not good and need permanent solution. I am not providing details but I figured out in my last visit with that same doctor that he is just recommending meds from a particular company and is not paying attention at all to what we need or even explaining it to us. I can tell by his behaviour that he is just there to make money and that is all.
