Talk to Rheumatologist on Knee Joint Pain

Assalam O Alikum, My brother is suffering pain in his legs and sometimes it becomes severe. This problem is since 1year after taking some vitamins he recovers. But Now his knee joint sallow due to pain and it becomes so severe that he couldn't even walk. Can you please share your valuable thoughts on this matter. Any recommendation for doctor,medicine or deit.
