Aoa Dr meri left ovary mein 4 saal se dermoid cyst hai remove nhi krwai abhi , Ab mujhe saal se diarrhoea abdominal pain ka issue horraha gastroenterologist ne ct enterography kaha hai , kia 2 baar ct scan krwane se pelvic aur dermoid cyst per ct radiation se koi side effect to nhi hota ?
Radiation is hazardous to pelvic organs especially to ovaries because these contain follicles, so avoid ct pelvis once the disease is diagnosed
U can go for mri abdominal entero and colonography
