I had a very sharp pain on my lower left abdominal side. Just like a line. It used to happen on my periods in the begging but later of an on anytime. Heat helps to reduce what may b the reason n solution. I m a pco patient
You have to consult your family physician. The main reason for pain in the left lower abdomen in your case might be due to renal cause or pelvic abnormality. Please get your CBC, urinalysis and abdominal & pelvic ultrasound (preferably TV'S) done.
