I want to knw the symptoms of TB? is TB can be seen in chest x-ray? what test can be performed to rule out TB my Dr has recommended ICT TB..is this a blood test? also sneezing flu and 99 fever on and off for longer time detect tb? PLz help me

sputum for AFB,gene Xpert and sputum c/S and after smear , tb can be seen on Cxr but we we must confirm above investigation. and u must tell the duration of symptoms? .and now what r u feeling.

The cause of wt. loss , fever, poor epitome or loss of epitite , cough. sputum with blood mostly ended up in diagnosing t.b. thru blood tests like tb Ict (less sensitive)
sputum tests like gene expert , sputum Afb cultures (gold standard) ... Afb microscopy. chest xray shows caavitatory lesions mostly it is t.b. until proven otherwise like if u exclude other differentials.

Main symptoms fever , night fever, cough , wt loss . Sputum with blood etc. X-ray may show TB lesion. Main test is blood Cpesr , and sputum for AFB. Signs , symptoms, tests ,clinical examination etc may be helpful for Diagnosis. But should be under a pulmonologist
