Assalamu alaykum. I have severe cough. Phlegm is stuck in chest rarely excreted. Feel shortness of breath.had fever 6 days ago. Took medications azomax myteka risek.feel a lot of tiredness and headache.feel pain in upper chest. Covid test is negative.I have been ordered to get Covid vaccinated by my office. Is it safe to get first dose in this condition when I'm having pulmonary infection.

You need an HRCT chest + a few lab tests , for now wait for vaccination. Req lab tests are CBC, CRP , PCT, D dimer , ferritin then consult
