yes if minimal fluid then aspirate with ultrasound guided then send for pleural fluid D/R, culture &Senstivity and pleural fluid ADA Level. then I can decide better treatment for u.

need proper history, your basic reports includind sputum for TB, aspiration of fluid thru ultrasound guidance, send for DR & CS
