There is no vaccine to prevent TB but if you have dry cough for more than 2 weeks you should consult a pulmonologist.

Sorry, there is no vaccine which can prevent TB relapse (recurrence) at this age. However every individual and especially post TB patient and patient with weak immune system should try best to avoid inhalation from lung TB patient who is having TB germs in his/her sputum.
