as ur father is old age and having these xray changes.it may b chronic disease for this u have to consult pulmonologist and show the film of xray and give detail histroy.

walikom Salam.fine reticulation with cough.Sars covid 2 should be rule out.what about fever , sore throat,Git symptoms and duration of symptoms.smoker or not and DM,HTN.ned proper evaluation.blood cp,CRP, HRCT chest , Lft and Rfts.
