Asking For Sister, Female 42, karachi
I ve attached the latest Sc report for consultation please advise I m very worried my sister 42 year old get double lungs pneumonia in Jan 2019 and fully recovered after treatment but she is not fully fit up till now Current symptoms severe chest pain Shortness of breath Oxygen saturation 85 to 86 some time drop to 65 to 70 if she move
She has chronic lung condition bronchiectesis and air in mediastinum. She needs urgent admission in hospital.
u need to get urgent cardiothoracic review
some changes are due to lung tissue damage due to pneumonia
but pneumo means air leakage
for that u get urgent cardiothoraic services
She's having collection of Air mediastinum area and area near heart.
Should have to consult with Pulmonologist for physical checkup
this problem required hospital admission and continuous monitoring

Yes chest specialist suggest me to consult with chest surgeon but due to coronavirus situation in karachi all general surgery suspended please suggest best chest surgeon in karachi
