Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on CXR Not Clear

some fibrotic bands are seen in left upper lobe in my last CXR. How ever my previous CXR the problem was diagnosed that i have a small cavity and pulmonary infiltration in my upper zone of left lung. My all pathology reports are clear. Dr advised me only azomax cap for one week. Plz tell me that opinion of last CXR is going towards improvements or worst conditions.
