Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Chest Pain

Aoa sir Sir I am living in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan my age is 20 Sir I have chest pain from last week with heart palpitations I consult to a cardiologist here in kyrgyzstan my ecg and echocardiography was normal but I am feeling the pain he said there is no heart problem he gave me a medicine mydocalm and calm heart I take medicine from 7 days the severity of pain became less but some times I feel pressure on sternum which radiates to neck some time I feel dyspnea in addition I started feeling pain around my jaw probably in mandible bone Can u plzz tell me what I should further do plzz sir Sorry sir for late reply My grand father died bcz of heart attack I don’t know he has CAD and my maternal grand father was also died bcz of heart attack he was suffer from CAD my father and mother Alhamduillah are normal I don’t smoke a single time in my life not alcohol I have no diabetes my weight is 70 kg with 5.7 of height
