Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Bronchitis

Patient diagnosed with mild bronchitis. Taking zetro 250mg twice a day. The treatment was supposed to be 5 to 7 days. But today is his 3rd day, and his symptoms are 95% settled. Should he continue zetro till the 5th day? Thanks
