Try to express yourself. Start writing about your feelings n thoughts keep a journal and try expressing them to others too. Say no when you wanted to dont try to explain yourself start talking to the points with others.

You are thinking a lot and are not responding in a timely manner but if you continue like this it may become anxiety .... you have to overcome it but since it is not possible that you do it on your own you need help from us .... you need to work on your emotions so that you can respond timely manner and not get carried away. For this you need help from psychologist so if you feel comfortable you can take online session and practice deep breathing

Ap ki confidence or self esteem low hai. Apko uss par work karne ki zarurat hai. Koshish karke ap kisi therapist se sessions le ya online bhi le sakti hain be zarur lega.
